Masters Message

“The genius of Freemasonry is not our Masonic buildings and temples or the trappings of our organizations. It is not our great charities or community activities. It is not our beautiful rituals or their teachings! It is the practice of Freemasonry by Freemasons. Yet we cannot practice that which we do not know or understand. Thus Masonic education is the foundation for our Fraternity”

A quote from: Carl H. Claudy

Unending education and pursuit of knowledge should be the goal of very Mason. We have had, and do have so many members of Freemasonry with so much to teach we would be fools not to learn from them. To this end we do education at Weston not to fill up our time but to make good men better.

With Brotherly Love

Table Lodge March 24th

Brothers,

We are pleased to announce our next Table Lodge is going to be held at Weston Lodge on Saturday March 24th, at 6pm. We have had great success with the last two Table Lodges and we are going to have another fantastic event this time! The theme of this event is going to be A Toast to Our Brothers. We will be honoring five of our distinguished brethren from Weston and learning more about their lives and Masonic journeys. Bob Helms, Mel Boll, John Buchanan, Sid Wright, and Clark Skinner are pillars within our Lodge and the Masonic community and this event will give us a chance to learn from their experiences and gain a better appreciation of these men that we sit in lodge with on a regular basis.

We will be having a fantastic meal consisting of Italian baked pasta, cheesy garlic bread, salad, and dessert. After the meal we will have a series of toasts followed by brief presentations about our brothers. For the toasts, we will have wine, punch, and non-alcoholic options available. This event is open to all Masons (EA’s, FC’s, and MM’s) and we look forward to having an amazing turn out. The cost for the event will be $20 and Weston 22 cannons are available for purchase for an additional $15 for those who are interested. There will be cannons available for all to utilize during the event.

Please contact Josh Levin at josh.levin@hotmail.com with any questions and to confirm your attendance so that we can plan appropriately.

Thanks!
Josh
