My brothers, on occasion, I hear it said that our institution is a fraternity, not a charity. While this may technically be true, it should not be so in practice. Our ritual addresses charity time and again. It is in our openings, and in our degrees. Charity towards our brother, their families and charity towards our fellow man. One of the first admonishments a newly made brother receives explains that charity is a foundational principal of freemasonry.

Weston Lodge 22 will be holding a fundraiser at the Franktown Firearms Shooting Range March 7, 2020 at 8:00 am. Everyone is welcome so bring your friends and family.

It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart we need to announce the passing of our great friend and mentor Worshipful Brother Sid Wright.
His funeral will be held Monday, February 3. at St. James Presbyterian Church (where his wife's funeral was held).
Please note that due to weather, the Fort Logan ceremony has been canceled.

Dear brothers, our first thought on the above passage is to our brothers in Masonry. However, we should not forget this also applies to our community. The solutions to issues such as membership and parking lie within our local community.
As Franklin said. “The wages of a Mason are in the dealings with one another; sympathy begets sympathy, kindness begets kindness, helpfulness begets helpfulness”. Furthermore, being a good neighbor begets good neighbors in return.

Dear brothers as we are coming to a close of another year. I would like to thank you for being there for each other as friends and brothers. Very few people have the privilege of having such wonderful and true friends on which to trust and call upon in any emergency or misfortune as well as in any great event in our lives.
May next year bring joy and happiness to you and your loved ones. And may The Supreme Architect of the Universe provide you with all you need for a healthy and prosperous life.
