Brothers,

At the beginning of the year, I said I would listen to your suggestions, and I have heard you. We have instituted three new actions thus far. First is more Masonic education. Second is an Officers night off and third is a game night with prizes.

Next on our list is an amendment to our bylaws. When it passes, we will no longer read the previous meetings minutes or communications during each meeting. Instead, these items will be posted outside the Secretary's office an hour before and an hour after each meeting. This should make the meetings shorter and less tedious for all of us. However, to make this happen you need to attend the meetings so you can vote and make your wishes heard. Mumbling and griping on the sidelines does not accomplish anything. If you truly want to accomplish something meaningful, come to
lodge and participate.

The weather is getting better so you are running out of excuses. I encourage everyone from the newest E.A. to the seasoned Past Maters to come and see what your Lodge is doing and, be a part of it. You may learn something, have some fun and even win a prize, anything can happen.

For our first stated communication this month, one of our officers will provide a three, five or 7-minute talk. After the talk, we will discuss how we will be able to apply our learning to ourselves to help improve and enrich our lives as Masons.
