Michael Marcus is currently developing a standard operating procedure that groups can use as a cheat sheet for its use.
Funding was provided via a donor (who wishes to remain anonymous) and the Weston Masonic Temple Association.
Earlier this year Weston Lodge #22 held its first annual Chili Cookoff. It was great fun and all the entries were fantastic. In the end, two chili's tied, forcing a runoff which was decided by a single vote.
Congrats to our first annual chili cookoff winner Ron Pino.

Earlier this year a committee was formed and a project launched to build two display cases. The first display case to house the pins for past masters of Weston Lodge #22. The second display case starts a new tradition at Weston Lodge #22, allowing visiting masons to place their lodge pins on display.

September 15, 2020 a small group of masons from Weston Lodge #22 came together to recognize Carolyn Moretti her exemplary service to the community by presenting the Clark Skinner Teacher Award. Carolyn Moretti is the English Language Development Teacher and coordinator for the athletics program at Goddard Middle School in Littleton.
Ms. Moretti was chosen by her peers to receive the award for her outstanding commitment to our children’s education in Littleton.
Join me in congratulating Emily Maddox on being awarded with the 2020 Weston Lodge #22 Scholarship. Emily graduated Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado and will be attending the University of Iowa beginning August 2020 to study nursing. Emily has a masonic heritage and is a member of Job's Daughters Bethel #33 in Littleton.
Emily was presented with the Scholarship on August 10, 2020 at Weston Lodge #22 by Worshipful Master Bruce Swedal.

Brethren, though the current restrictions make it difficult, we do continue to work as much as possible. During our July 22nd meeting, JW Rick Mitchell gave the obligation during an EA degree, which brought three new brothers to our fraternity. We also heard the petition for the degrees of masonry by Robert Keyser, assigning a committee to investigate.
Our first stated meeting in August will be a single step up and the second stated will be a double step up. Unfortunately, we remain under restrictions from the state of Colorado, which continues to limit the number of brothers that may attend meetings to sixteen. Should you wish to attend a meeting, please contact me to reserve a space. You are a member of the Weston Family; I encourage you to remember your brothers. Keep yourself and your family safe and remember to reach out to a line officer if we can be of assistance.
